Dr. John Clark

Dr. Clark was inspired to become a chiropractor after being successfully treated for chronic headaches as a teenager.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in 1989 followed by his Doctor of Chiropractic designation with Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1993.    Later, he traveled to Asia to study acupuncture and is a member in good standing of the Acupuncture Council of Ontario.

Dr. Clark successfully ran his own chiropractic and acupuncture clinic in Newcastle, Ontario for fifteen years, where he helped thousands of people with a multitude of health problems.

In the fall of 2011 he and his wife Katie decided to pursue their dream of extended travel with their three sons, Connor, Duncan and Owen.  They spent seven months backpacking through Southeast Asia, Nepal and India.

Dr. Clark and his family have chosen Uxbridge as their new home and are enjoying discovering all that the community has to offer.

“I am excited about this new chapter in my career and look forward to serving the people of Uxbridge!”

Dr. Clark’s range of treatment techniques allows his patients access to traditional chiropractic care as well other valuable treatment options.  He has a proven success record with hard-to-treat cases.  His use of Pain Neutralization Technique has brought lasting relief for patients with chronic pain, headaches and digestive complaints (constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, etc.).  Dr. Clark also uses acupuncture for pain relief, athletic injuries and health enhancement.   Ask him about the Tonification protocol.
